A budget option not worth the saved money

The price was good

Climbing to the fifth floor with luggage was a challenge (if I am not wrong, it said 3rd floor in the description). We were late compared to the agreed time and the owner tried to charge us extra money. Overall, the communication style was as if we checked into a prison. The next morning, the owner cancelled our stay because of “no show” - even if we had agreed that we would not stay stay for the first night out of view - presumably to prevent us from writing a review. Unpleasant.

Nice location

The apartment was not really clean. I had to brush it as it was a lot of hair on the floors, under beds…quite noisy at night, seems to be a vibration when the cars are passing the street in front of the building, but this is not the owner’s fault.

Convient Adeje apartment.

Great location in the town of Adeje. Parking is relatively easy around the area. It's near a shopping mall with a HiperDino market. It's relatively quiet (some traffic noise in the morning). Good terrace facing street but with privacy. Alberto was very friendly and helpful with local suggestions.

There was not enough electric outlets in the sitting room and bedrooms. We had to buy an extension as if not, then we have no side lights. There's no AC only fans and as with problem of sockets, it's plugging and unplugging if we want to use fan and have side lights on!

-ohne Beleg/Berechnungsgrundlage nicht 19,80 € wie im Portal angekündigt, sondern 48 € Tax verlangt (für 2 Erw., 1 Kind 6 Nächte) -79 Stufen, da quasi Etage 5,5 entgegen der Werbung -nur im WoZi AC, Schlafräume weit weg und heiß (5.-11.9.26 draußen bis 33 Grad) -Duschstange, Wasserkocher fehlen -es gelang uns nicht die Liege im WoZi zu kippen (als Schlafplatz gedacht)
