Muy buena atención de su personal, amables, colaboradores, está en un buen sector, si van a hacer diligencias o negocios, mucho comercio cerca, tranquilo el sector, depronto por la noche muy solo, la hab justo lo que buscaba, pequeña, pero, comoda, todo muy bien aseado.

I recently stayed at your hotel in Room 401 and would like to share important feedback regarding the bathroom facilities.
I noticed that the toilet area had no functioning water spray (bidet hose) for personal hygiene after using the toilet. Unfortunately, this is not a minor inconvenience — for many guests, including practicing Muslims, using water for cleaning after using the toilet is a religious requirement, not just a preference. Tissue paper alone is not considered sufficient for this purpose in Islamic practice, so the absence of a working water source made it impossible to properly perform this necessary hygiene practice.
Given that Morocco is a Muslim-majority country and Ibis welcomes many guests from the region and around the world for whom this matters, I believe this is a facilities issue that should be addressed. I would strongly encourage the hotel to:
1. Install or repair water spray/bidet hoses in all guest bathrooms
2. Regularly check that these fixtures are functioning properly during routine maintenance
I hope you can look into this and improve the facilities for future guests. Please let me know if this is something that can be addressed.
