The location was good.
The lock box being close to the ground. There was difficulty accessing the lockbox, needed to get right down on the ground and it was difficult to put in the code to open the lockbox, as the numbers on the code pad were worn and could not be seen easily.
The apartment was on the 3rd floor of the building with 6 flights of stairs to get to it. This was fine for us, but, as I had booked to have my mother stay with us, we had to make alternate arrangements for her, as she is 83 years old and did not have the ability to go up and down the flights of stairs. Maybe the accessibility of the apartment needs to be a little more clear in the property description.

Nice and clean. Very spacious
There were no seats or loungers around the pool and the bed in the 2nd bedroom was very hard. Could do with a mattress topper. But apart from that the property was great.

The apartment was very nice throughout and very comfortable to sleep. The balcony is a wonderful place to sit and relax!
The location is great, just around the corner from the main street and down the road from the shopping centre.
There were lots of spare fluffy blankets if you like to get cosy on the couch like me and my kids.
Again, please just change the ad that there are stairs (5 flights) and no lift so people know.
Please change the ad for the apartment and add an accessibility part that specifies there are 5 flights of stairs with 7 steps each.
I found this out at the last minute and did have to rearrange my plans around with my elderly grandmother because of this.
There are definitely a few maintenance issues that could be fixed like toilet seats, bathroom doors etc. but these things were small and we just made sure to take extra care with them.

The amenities were excellent.
The apartment was at the top of 6 flights of stairs. The view from the back balcony was a disused and dilapidated crumbling building. And most annoying was the amount of emails I received from the owner, 18 in all for a 2 night stay. Requesting photo id, a selfie, details of accompanying people, acknowledgement of the rules agreement, an email from me and a photo of me returning the keys to the locked box after vacating. The stay felt more like a rules demanded prison stay than a carefree holiday break. Total overkill.
