Everything was perfect the vue of the terrasse is amazing and the facilities were great.
It was a bit difficult to access the property.

The view was absolutely stunning! I also loved the cute little treehouse-style cabin—it was cozy and had so much character.
The staff kindly accommodated my request for an extension cord since I needed to work during my stay, which I really appreciated. Having a refrigerator and a kitchenette made it easy to stock up on groceries and cook whenever I wanted.
The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the port and the main town.
Nearing my end of stay they were trying to assist me to book to their other property and also the property beside it eventhough its a different owner. - because was planning to stay longer -
im rating this high even though alot of issues. the treehouse concept and view were still enjoyable, but better communication, maintenance, and preparation are needed to improve the overall guest experience.
There were quite a few issues during my stay that could have been avoided with better communication and preparation.
The biggest concern was the early check-in request. When I booked, I was told that a 7 AM early check-in would be possible, which was important because I had an early flight and needed to decide whether I should book another hotel. However, I only received clarification after I reached out the day before my arrival. I was told to just message early morning, so I decided not to book another place and waited from around 6 AM. Unfortunately, the check-in time kept getting pushed back—from 7 AM, to before lunch, then lunch, and eventually past 2 PM. If I had known from the start that early check-in was not possible, I would have made other arrangements since I was already exhausted from traveling.
When I finally arrived, the place did not seem fully prepared. There was some mess, the trash bin was not emptied, and the gas tank was leaking while the stove was not working. Thankfully, the caretaker’s husband was available and helped resolve it, but these should have been checked before my arrival. Since I specifically planned to cook, it was also disappointing that only one fork was available at first, although this was provided later after I requested.
The trash collection was another issue. I repeatedly requested for the full trash bin to be picked up, but it took about two days before it was finally addressed.
I also wish there had been a clear disclaimer about the pathway at night. Some areas become completely dark, and a headlamp or flashlight is necessary. The lighting was available on my first night, but on the following nights, some parts of the pathway were left without lights.
Privacy was also a concern because the window had no curtains. There was a time when the caretaker arrived without prior notice and only sent a WhatsApp message when they were already at the door, and I was not prepared to receive anyone at that moment.

Amazing view of El Nido bay, nothing beats the spectacular terrace! The host was very helpful, the communication was very easy, they always answered right away, and we could have a late check-in, as our flight was delayed. The location is perfect, it is close to El Nido town, but still quiet. Some people complain about the stairs leading to the apartment, but it's not so bad, if you have a basic fitness level, it shouldn't be a problem.
The apartment could use some renovation work, especially the bathroom. There are a lot of dogs around, that barked at us in the beginning. It was quite scary, but eventually they got used to us being there. The apartment is small, it was ok for us, but some might find it too small.

Once arrived we noticed a very bed smell like urine all around the house, the shower was cold and water barely coming out. Immediately after our arrival we text to the mangers of the apartment (who created a WhatsApp group on purpose for prompt replies), but they never replied ignoring the issue.
It was also missing an hairdryer and despite our request on the WhatsApp group we received a feedback (negative) only one day later.
Furthermore, despite the bed is comfortable, it’s hard to rest considering the noise coming from the surroundings.
