Staff are exceptionally accommodating, facilities are nice. Staff are helpful, they arranged things our rides and tours.
There was an oooops on our 1st day. Our van from Puerto Princesa arrived late at night. There were no staff to receive us, however they send us a message on exact direction and where to find the key for us to self check in. However the password no. was not updated, hence we can't come in. Thus we have to find a place for the night,

Secluded space, felt homely, well built and decorated, spacious room/bathroom/garden & kitchen space. Security guard outside all night.
We stayed for a whole week and the room wasn’t cleaned while we stayed, had to ask for toilet roll and fresh towels etc only downfalls was that.

De kamer zag er netjes uit, goed bed. Wel behulpzame host toen we vroegen of we handdoeken konden lenen.
De wifi deed het alle 3 de dagen niet. Elke keer moesten we er naar vragen of er al iets aan gedaan werd. Kan me voorstellen dat iets kapot kan zijn en er aan gewerkt moet worden door derden maar op de hoogte gehouden worden zou dsn wel fijn zijn. De weg naar het hotel was eind vd middag en in de avond "high tide" waardoor het lastig te bereiken was met scooter en tuktuk, of natte voeten. We waren ook niet op de hoogte gebracht van een stroom - en water "maintenance" op 1 hele dag.
