Great location! The house is near the port and since it's a beachfront, it's an easy access for us when we had our tour. What's more great about this place is that it is also in the vicinity of all the cafes and restaurants, groceries, motor rentals, tours and all. Everything is accessible ☺️ Even though having these cafe and restos nearby, it doesn't get too loud even at night. We were met by Ate Fe at Petron station just by the port entrance (you can ask your transpo to drop you off here) and she led us straight to the house. We were given instructions before our arrival since the gate leading to the house is kind of hard to see.
The house is equipped with wifi, smart tv, kitchen appliances and utensils. They also had the water dispenser ready for us to use so we didn't have to buy drinking water ourselves. They also provide earplugs for those that are sensitive to noise. Though personally, we didn't need it because we didn't encounter any loud noises.
There are 2 double/queen sized beds in the room so it's spacious and comfortable for our 2 night stay for 3 pax. The bed is so comfortable with a lot of pillows and duvet.

Nice apartment, with all the amenities, very clean. View of the marina and near all restaurants. The let us leave our luggage in the apartment while we explored the city after checkout and also called a tuk-tuk for us.
It was hard to find, there is no signage of the apartment name, but we asked many people and found it at the end
