Nicely renovated apartment, beautiful bathroom and kitchen. The location is a discovery. Safe and very interesting neighborhood full of cafes and restaurants. Excellent connection to the center, and the railway station Termini is within walking distance
The bed was a bit soft for my taste and the other problem - I'm 184 cm and it was a bit tight.

Location was good and property was clean.
Did not feel safe providing selfies, ID information and tourist tax through external link.
One room was closed, which we did not expect. We expected to not use the bed or linen in that extra room but was uncomfortable as we wanted to use it for baby cot.
There was problem with sink being clogged and we felt uncomfortable that the host indicated that we should've reported it right after arrival (that is in the evening - we did not use the sink) and asked if we dismantled it. Especially reading now that there were issues with the kitchen before.
Also did not expect being asked to take the trash out. Should be included in price/cleaning.
The intercom buzzed several times during our stay, once at 2 AM. The same intercom is likely used by others. It is impossible not to hear it, especially at night.
