We appreciated having a large kitchen, nice laundry room, comfortable beds, & plenty of seating in dining area and living room
Close location & easy drive to Walt Disney World
Ample driveway parking
Quick garbage pickup service
Was able to utilize Instacart for easy delivery
Management responded quickly to questions
When we discovered that property did not contain enough towels & washcloths for 6 adults, I reached out to management and received a bagful of bath linens that day - thank you!
Was permitted early check-in on our arrival day
House was tastefully and beautifully decorated
3 of the bedrooms had fun decor for children
Easy drive-in at neighborhood security station
Quiet, clean neighborhood.
Close to super Walmart, urgent care clinic, restaurants & 24 hour Walgreens.
Dislikes:
Had to wait till day before arrival to learn if early check in was possible
Was not granted late check out (for a one hour late departure)
Bedroom on main level too small for king sized bed
Upstairs bathroom sink drained very slowly - management was notified and came out to inspect - we were told that there was no sign of a clog but that this sink just happened to drain slower than others…my father was a plumber for 50 years - his clients were President Joe Biden, judges, veterinarians, and the Carpenter family who own the Philadelphia Phillies….trust me, as a plumber’s daughter, there was a definitely a clog.
The first 3 days we had to constantly wash towels as property barely had any.
Neighbor woke us up at 7am cutting the grass
Property was not adequately stocked with basics: only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no trash bags, a single teeny packet of laundry powder, no Kleenex, and I did not locate any spices/oil for cooking.
