Location was fine for us, easy walk to centre and castle.
We were woken buy noise/delivery?at 5am not sure where it was coming from.

The hotel is really well located for a stopover. Plus near amenities. The staff was very friendly. The room and bed was really comfortable.
One of the rooms was missing a blind on the window. But other than that all was working and very comfortable.

Bedroom, beds were clean and comfortable.
The stair carpet up to the rooms was disgustingly dirty and worn and this really shaped our view of the property on arrival. The stair skirting board really needed a good clean too.
The shower room was totally lacking shelving and hooks for clothes.
The shower head had some black mould on it but was otherwise clean.
