Pleasant, comfortable, peaceful in a good location.

Liked the set out of the lodge and the location, quiet.

There was a smell on entering. Carpets didn't look like they had been hoovered. Picked bits of paper up from under furniture and fireplace.

Had an absolutely brilliant stay with my little family , family friendly and very responsive host! Very very helpful and beds are super comfortable had the best 2 nights sleep in a long time! We can’t wait to come back thank you again

Wouldn’t return.

Lovely area, close to the park.

Had no hot water or heating for majority of stay - boiler was showing an F1 fault. After contacting the owner, I was told someone would come assist the problem. No one did and then owner ignored further contact until 4 days after my stay claiming that I am lying and the boiler is fine! Having 3 young children, this is absolutely disgraceful. Lodge could do with abit of tlc in areas as can see from pictures. Fridge/freezer was also not cold enough so ice lollies melted and food went off. Generally the lodge was clean and beds were comfortable. Such a shame to let a lovely lodge down by its un cooperative, rude host. Who has refused to compensate me and my family for this let down of a stay. Would not recommend nor stay here again.

This property has a lot of potential but needs a bit of love and a good clean.

Great location to on site facilities and facilities on Felmoor site. Good size property. Great hot tub and stunning view from the hot tub.

The property was not clean. The bed sheets were dirty and there was mould in one of the bedrooms. The dishwasher did not work. The hoover provided did nothing.
