Un posto molto intimo con un giardino stupendo. Ci si sente come a casa. La scala per raggiungere la camera da letto è un po' ripida ma si può fare senza problemi. Mia mamma, una signora di 70 anni saliva e scendeva senza troppi problemi (certamente facendo attenzione e tenendosi alla ringhiera). L'entrata per la camera da letto è un po' bassa, ma si tratta solo di abbassare un po' la testa. Consiglio il giardino segreto se si cerca un posto particolare ed accogliente.

The host was waiting for us and spent at least 45mins explaining how things worked on the property, what to do with the Trash, accessing the wifi, setting the air conditioning etc, even sending us more details by WhatsApp and being available. If the host was not available the next door neighbour jumped in so we never had to wait for an answer. English was not a problem for either of them.
The place and back garden was beautiful, it showed the artistic side of the host. Also the property was only 20mins from the Bracciano main train station by foot and from there 50mins to Rome St Pietro station by the Vatican. Brilliant to spend a day in Rome but have the relaxed location of the Lake. Strongly recommend day trips to the Italian Air Force Museum at Vigna di Valle on Lake Bracciano (15min drive from this property) and Ostia Antica (45min drive from this property) - both truly amazing.
Massive thank you to the host for being so accommodating and answering all our questions. We spent 2 weeks there, the first week competing in the Vaurien World Master Sailing competition on Bracciano Lake and the second week relaxing and sight seeing.

Vinicio's home is beautiful. We were very comfortable there. The upstairs bedroom is large and artistic, and the area was quiet so we slept very well. Our favorite part about the home was the beautiful dining room with the view onto the backyard. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast there. The second bedroom is small but efficient. Vinicio has a wonderful art book collection if that is something you are interested in. We found everything we needed and more in Vinicio's home and are very happy he agreed to host us. We would certainly stay again if we have the opportunity!
