The flat was a lovely clean and comfortable place to stay, well maintained.
In the bedroom the garden outside the window was very close and at window level, we didn't have access too this part, I just adjusted the blinds so poeple had limited view into the bedroom or closed the blinds. The view from the front was blocked by a wooden fence, but did hide the bins and made a lovely private area to sit on an evening with a cuppa, leaving the gate open did give a small view.

Good location for access
Bedroom blinds were not blackout so when sun came up @ 4.45 am it completely illuminated the bedroom waking us up which was not ideal considering the holiday makers above were extremely noisy until early hours in the morning throughout our stay along with the close proximity to a busy road we struggled to get any quality sleep
