Overall, we loved this rental and location-highly recommend for families with pets.

The location was excellent as it was quiet and away from the Village of all the noise. It was private and relaxing, especially if you have pets. There was a trail just outside your door so you can do a day hike to the Alta Lake. If you have pets, there is a dog bowl, towel and poop bags, complementary for use.

Between the hours of 1am - 3 am, there was a banging noise behind the wall at the bedrooms level. Not sure what that was from but it was noticeable from the master bedroom bathroom and echo to the other rooms. Could it be the pipes? Animals? If you are not a heavy sleeper, this could keep you up.
