Pool room deteriorating badly mold and cracks, pool not heated, pool and hot tub both didn't seem to have enough chemicals.

Very clean and quiet. When the heater shut off, wr could hear the wind whistling through the window (it was a cold night outside). The shower was was warm but not a powerfull stream.
