About this villa rental
Nestled in a vibrant tropical landscape, Minerva House offers a private serene escape with stunning sea views and direct access to a secluded beach. Treasure Beach is a favorite among vacationers for its friendly authentic Jamaican vibe. Minerva House is fully staffed with spacious bedrooms, two opening to stunning views. The pool overlooks the Caribbean Sea, offering breathtaking sunsets, the large patio is perfect for gatherings. Treasure Beach is more than a community; it’s a destination.
The space
The moment you step into the house, you're greeted by stunning modern architecture that perfectly frames the glorious sea views. Inside, the spacious and airy living area invites a gentle sea breeze, creating a refreshing atmosphere. With ample seating and an intimate dining section, this space opens up to a long, covered veranda—ideal for outdoor dining or simply unwinding with a drink while enjoying the tropical birdlife and breathtaking sunsets.
Each of the four cool, airy bedrooms features en-suite bathroom facilities, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms also boast outdoor twin showers with sea views and direct access to the veranda.
From the inviting infinity pool, steps lead down to a secluded beach with fine golden sands, crystal-clear waters, and its own natural reef. The beach offers excellent snorkeling opportunities, and you can even arrange for excursion boats to pick you up right from the shoreline. Nature lovers will be delighted by the turtles that come to lay their eggs in the sand.
Staff
The staff will warmly welcome you and attend to your every need, from cooking delicious breakfast and dinner to taking care of housekeeping and laundry. They’re also experts at crafting great drinks! With their deep knowledge of the area, they’ll ensure your vacation is nothing short of perfect.
Other Things to Note
All staff services are included in the nightly rate, except for the cost of food and drinks. You can either shop for groceries yourself or provide the staff with a list, and they will handle the shopping for you (you simply reimburse them). You can request specific meals for dinner, or let us surprise you with some delightful local cuisine! Gratuity is encouraged at 10 to 15% based on the services you have received.

Only a 10 minute drive to the center of Treasure Beach, this location offers privacy with the option to quickly get to restaurants, bars and shops.
Treasure Beach is known as one of the safest places in Jamaica with a quick trip to several activities such as YS Falls, Appleton Rum Tour and the famous Floyds Pelican Bar.
Strict sanitization practices are adhered to in order to keep our visitors safe.

The Minerva House is the perfect secluded getaway. Off the beaten path, this house is absolutely gorgeous, the pool is amazing, and the private beach is perfect for finding shells and enjoying sunsets. The staff was warm and inviting and served our family delicious authentic Jamaican dinners each night. I highly recommend booking the Minerva House if you are looking for a true private getaway where you can fully diconnect from the stresses of everyday life. We will definetly be returning!

We had a wonderful family trip at beautiful Minerva House! The house itself is stunning, comfortable and safe. Having the slatted windows with screens to access the breeze and gorgeous views was a highlight as well as the huge porch as an option to get out of the sun or rain while still being able to enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean. With young kids, I had been nervous about them exiting the house to the pool or outdoors unsupervised, but I needed not to worry as all the exits had very secure and child-proof lock options. Air conditioning worked well when needed and the house was very clean. Princess, Shan and Richie were friendly and attentive, cooking some great meals and always kind to our kids. The beach felt like our own and we enjoyed exploring the tide pools, finding shells, and taking daily peaceful walks. The beach area set up with hammocks and chairs was an added bonus. We hope to return again!

We arrive to the most beautiful house wonderful guest host… house was very clean just as described on the website. We had three wonderful staff that greeted us and was there with us throughout the stay meals were prepared as we requested. Everything was delicious and went quite well…. we took in a few of the local stores and restaurants, and that also was wonderful.
