Ben was so accommodating in getting us extra blankets and pillows-they were warm from the dryer!!! and we were so tired from a day of cheer competition. We stay here 2x a year and the front desk clerk (Im so sorry I forgot her name) is always helpful and sweet. My only request would be hot food for breakfast-at least eggs and bacon. Hungry cheerleaders and coaches need protein!!

Spark by Hilton Grand Rapids – Great Stay with a Minor Catch
We recently stayed at the Spark by Hilton in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is bright, modern, and exceptionally clean. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was comfortably furnished, with comfortable bedding and reliable Wi-Fi, making it a great value and a reliable base for exploring Grand Rapids.
A Quick Heads-Up on Ice:
The only minor inconvenience during our stay was the ice situation. There were no ice buckets in the guest rooms, and all of the ice machines on the upper floors were out of order. We had to head down to the ground floor every time we needed ice. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but having an ice bucket in the room or working machines on every floor would make the stay even smoother.
Overall, it's a solid, high-value hotel with excellent service, and we would happily stay here again!
