It was ok

It had a bed.

After traveling all day, my room was on the 3rd floor. The first room wasn't made up, the second room wasn't made up, but the third was made up.

Family got covid, decide not to come to motel, ask for refund never recived.

Family had covid, asked for a refund so we could come up later. Never received refund for two night stay for around 250

Horrible. It should be shut down.

Nothing.

Cleanliness. The hotel had not been clean. They had made the beds and took out the bathroom trash. Other than that, they did nothing. No vacuuming, no wiping up spills on the nightstand/dresser/desk. The bathroom had not been clean. There was used bar soap still in the shower, the bathroom mirror was covered in toothpaste. The lights fixtures were broken and burnt out. The owners were unhelpful. Did not provide towels in the room. When asked for towels I was told it would take 5 minutes. After 20 minutes I went down to the desk and found the owners holding hands looking at their phone… I told them the room had not been clean and it was disgusting. She sent a housekeeper who did not speak any English to my room with a mop. I tried to explain that she would need a vacuum, bleach, bathroom cleaner, etc and the language barrier was too extreme. She ended up leaving without doing anything. The phone is the room was disconnected and did not work. I left feeling extremely dirty and disgusted. Honestly, this place should be shut down. I don’t know how they are still in business.

Decent price if it had been clean

There was no breakfast, even though it was advertised. Wifi worked. Location was good.

No breakfast, even though it was advertised. Room was not cleaned beforehand. Bathroom and toilet were dirty. Pillows and bedsheets were stained and had hairs on them. Carpet was sticky and black gooey substance seemed to have seeped through the whole carpet, so that it came off on your socks and bare feet.

I didn’t stay. Very, very filthy.

Nothing, very disgusting. Dirty, the rooms were disgusting. Looked like someone was killed on the beds.

Worst place around

The location wasn't far from town

This was the most disgusting place I checked into. The lobby floor was dirty, and I didn't think the room was as bad. The one bathroom light was out. The toilet seat was broken. There was garbage in the bathroom garbage can. And the worst thing was the floor. Crumbs and crud all over. Tomato sauce stuck on the floor by the desk. It was so gross I told the front desk, and the guy put me into a different room. This second room had carpet that wasn't vacuumed. Then, they canceled my reservation. So I had to find somewhere else to go last min the first weekend of tulip fest. Thank goodness I found something. It was farther away from my destination, but it was worth it. I would never recommend this hotel. I'm sure the roaches would have a field day with food all over the floors at this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Will be calling the health department to investigate.

Nothing. It was filthy.

They could have cleaned the room. We had to clean our own room. We Had no towels or toiletries the toilet had blood on it. The bed linens were filthy dirty handprints,cigarette burns and stains. Said they served breakfast. Not!. No iron,coffee maker or ironing board. Which also was suppose to come with room.

Do not recommend

I had a place to sleep while I finished moving out of my house.

Lady at the counter was not friendly. The room was kinda clean but sheets and bedding had cigarette holes. The entire place smelled very strongly of marijuana. The heater in the room was broken and I couldn't turn the temperature down. There was no one there in the morning to check me out of the place.

Room was dirty reserved a king size bed and was confirmed upon my arrival they gave my reserve room away and gave me a queen size bed they bathroom was disgusting and they only had two little pillows and a sheet to use for blankets

I was better off staying home and sleep on the floor for 2 days.

It was next to dennys

It’s incredibly dirty, dirty sheets, dirty desks, dirty towels, I had to wipe pee off the toilet before using it. and that was the second room, the first room they put me in the toilet was clogged before I got to use it. The outlets aren’t strong enough to plug anything in, stuff will fall out, everything is out dated which wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t so dirty as well. Outdated dirty stuff is crazy. mattress was hard, looking behind desks looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since they put it there. the bathroom door was also broken for some reason, there were spider webs in the corners on the ceiling. No elevator. My key stopped working on day 2 so I went to the front desk and called and rang the service bell for at least 10 minutes before a random guy in a Porsche pulls up and tells me he works there and I could finally get back in my room. Whole time I hear someone talking in the back and I see keys and a cell phone so I was being ignored. Just everything you could think of was a problem.

The room was very dirty. The tub wasn't cleaned, the toilet seat wasn't on right very loose moved all over. There was pizza and a snack bag on the floor. Holes in the sheets and bedspread. No hangers, freezer had left over water in it and it had to be defrosted. It spelled of pot very heavily. Was very unhappy and wouldn't stay again!

The visit was mediocre.

The location was ok. The check in was smooth. The shower was clean and soap was provided.

It smelled like cigarettes and there was a blunt on the floor. Our bathroom door had a hole on it and the bed sheets had stains. The bedding was also uncomfortable and the TV did not function.

Displeased

The property was in a decent location. I wouldn’t use booking to book hotel though. Put a hold on card when I booked. was under the impression I had paid for my hotel room and then had to pay again when I got there which was very frustrating. Booking.com nor hotel the hotel had any answers or were any help.

Property was not very clean at all. stuff smeared on walls going up the stairs. Tub has idek what hardened green snot in it? Facial hair or pubes in the sink. Food on the floor in the room.
