The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and communicated well. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Many options available. The coffee was smooth too. I would stay there when in Grand Rapids again.
The hotel was sparsely populated and I thought that putting guests next to each other was unnecessary. The guests above me were loud and disruptive.

Staff was very helpful.
There was a lot of noise at night in the hallway. I think a couple had fight and I could hear everything they were saying. I would prefer if the door was more soundproof.

Staff wasn’t at the front to check out for over 10 mins, not enough trash cans at all, rooms small with huge hallways
