Other things to note: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device facing the front outdoor entry. For the security of the property and our guests we have motion activated cameras on the exterior of our property (both sides, front and pool). Your privacy is very important to us. No cameras are facing the jacuzzi or gazebo out back. And, of course, there are no cameras inside the home.

The Neighborhood:

Seaside Boca sits in the tranquil, palm-lined community of Cape Haze in Placida — the gateway to Boca Grande, one of Florida's most coveted island escapes. You're minutes from world-class tarpon fishing, the historic Gasparilla lighthouse, the legendary Pink Pony, and the boutiques and waterfront dining of Boca Grande's Ocean Drive. Paddle or kayak to the secluded shores of Don Pedro Island State Park, hunt for shells and shark teeth on uncrowded Gulf beaches, and end each day with the kind of fiery sunset the Gulf Coast is famous for. A Publix and shopping are a short bike ride away, and with the marina next door the water is always within reach.



Getting Around:

Boaters, bring your vessel — the marina is minutes away for instant Gulf and Intracoastal access. On land, the 8-mile Cape Haze Pioneer Trail and the 6.5-mile Boca Grande Bike Path are made for cycling and morning walks, and the driveway fits up to 4 vehicles. Punta Gorda (PGD) airport is about 40 minutes away, Fort Myers (RSW) and Sarasota (SRQ) roughly an hour each — a car is ideal for exploring the islands and beaches.

A few house notes so everyone relaxes: guests must be 25+ to book · no smoking · no parties, events or large gatherings · quiet hours 10 PM–6 AM · small dogs under 20 lbs welcome on request (fee) · cleaning fee applies · exterior security cameras face outward only (front, sides and pool area) — never indoors. EV charger and RV hook-up available on request for an added fee. Every reservation completes the online check-in form, and each guest 18+ signs the activity waiver before arrival.

PETS: We allow pets up to 20-25 pounds subject to a $150 fee. Animals above that size are strictly prohibited unless owner authorized and/or they are registered service animals (Emotional companion are NOT considered service animals in Florida)

Interaction with Guests:

We're attentive, hands-off hosts — here the moment you need us, invisible when you don't. To keep every guest protected, two quick steps are required before check-in:



1) Complete the online Check-In Form for your reservation (just a couple of minutes).

2) Each guest 18 years or older uploads a clear photo of their government-issued ID and signs the Activity & Liability Waiver in their own name — one signed waiver per adult.
