This fully FURNISHED 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is both spacious and welcoming, featuring vaulted ceilings, transom windows, and an abundance of natural light. The owner’s suite includes a king-sized bed and a large walk-in closet, providing a serene, comfortable space to unwind. The second bedroom, with its American hero theme, offers a triple bunk bed setup with a desk, while the third bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and opens onto its own private screened patio overlooking the lake. The bonus/game room includes a POOL TABLE, arcade machine, and triple sliding glass doors that lead you outside to the solar HEATED POOL area provides even more space for outdoor lounging and dining. Start your day with coffee and wind down in the evenings with a drink on the lanai or in the Florida room, surrounded by wildlife—birds, turtles, otters, and fish right at your doorstep with over 150 feet of lake frontage. Enjoy playing board games, corn hole, and making smores around the FIRE PIT. The property’s three connected private lakes (Lake Helen, Lake Ellen & Lake Barbara) and canals are perfect for fishing, painting, photography, boating, and skiing, yet it's just a mile away from shopping, dining, and top-rated hospital, and quick access to everything. The family had a great time here! The beds were comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked with supplies, the coffee bar and popcorn buckets are a super nice extra, everyone loved the game room. The game room had a nice pool table, a tv, tic tac toe, an arcade, Cornhole, puzzles and omg..the nerf guns! The home looked just like the pics. We had no issues for the 5 day stay. Busch gardens was a 25 minute drive and St Pete beach was 45. So many good things to say!So things that could've been better... The pull out sofa mattress needs to be replaced, the pool is 8ft deep and there really should be a life preserver in case someone falls in that can't swim (we had a few that couldn't but everyone was safe), master bedroom needs a dresser or some drawers to put clothes on instead of a metal rack in the closet. The property is shared with another home with people living or renting in there, nowhere in the description does it mention this. We did feel like we were imposing in their space when we were in the backyard. They had a small gathering in the back of their home so we went inside, that was awkward. The pool isn't shared. Could've used more than 4 pool towels, I truly believe that if a home says it's for 7 people then there should be a minimum of 7 everything
