Our host Beatriz was very attentive to all our complaints and needs. The pool was not cleaned nor treated when we arrived. Beatriz had people come out and treat and clean it, unfortunately it took days for it to be accessible. The propane tank was empty took a couple of days away from our planned grilling. Several things were broken, again Beatriz was on it and had people do the repairs. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. The screen over the pool is very old and tattered. It had rips and holes which allowed for constant skimming of dead bugs off the pool surface. It should be replaced. Lots of spiders and cobwebs outside the pool area. The kitchen was comfortable and the living room area was comfortable too. A five-bedroom house was great for my family. We were there for a week. Would have had a better experience if we could have enjoyed the pool more than two days and didn't have to work so hard skimming bugs off. The dining room was nice. The bathrooms were designed for a very small person. They both need an upgrade. So, call ahead first, and make sure things are in good shape for you and your family.

House was fantastic and very well equipped with all the necessities. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone staying in the Tampa area. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions I had. It was very clean and the pool was very nice! We had a fantastic trip!
