★ Bathrooms & beds: 4 bedrooms (two queen rooms and two queen-and-bunk rooms) plus a couch spot in each living room; two full bathrooms for up to 12 guests.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Please disclose pets before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per extra guest per night. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
