A renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath Tampa home for up to 12, with a private heated pool and a fully fenced yard. Adventure Island is a 15-minute walk, Busch Gardens 5 minutes by car and downtown Tampa about 15.
The living room, dining area and kitchen open onto each other, so the group can cook, eat and lounge in one connected space. An L-shaped couch faces the smart TV, and the dining table seats 8 and converts into a ping-pong and pool table when dinner is over. Out back, a fully fenced yard holds the heated pool, a patio with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill.

★ Setting: a residential street in East Tampa near the parks. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.
★ Pool heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, and the setting cannot be changed mid-stay.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 12. One king, three queens and two twin bunk beds.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet, disclosed before arrival. Undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests; $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
★ Grill: a charcoal grill is provided; charcoal is not, so please bring your own.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check; the booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

Great communication with the host, they made everything so easy. Checked on me when I arrived, verified i was able to get in ok. The house was so nice and clean. Great area convenience to stores and shopping and the Tampa hot spots. Great price, it was overall a great experience and my family and I highly recommend it. It was 12 women under 1 roof and we had a great time.

Communication was very prompt and positive. We loved the pool area and when there was no gas grill available, as seen in pictures and in the description, one was provided to us the next day. There were plenty of bath and pool towels, and the beds were very comfortable.

This home is fabulous. The location was quiet and was close to everything, including Busch Gardens and George Steinbrenner Stadium. The house is updated and had plenty of space for us and our pups. The fenced yard was great and we could let the pups run around. The check in and check out process was seamless and any requests were met so expeditiously. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting the Tampa area.
