About this house rental
A 5-bedroom, 2-bath North Tampa home for up to 14 guests with a private heated pool, 15 minutes from Busch Gardens. Five bedrooms, a pool/ping-pong table and an 8-seat table make it a fit for reunions, theme-park weeks and multi-family trips.
The whole group lands in one open room. An L-shaped couch and smart TV sit on one side, the 8-seat dining table and kitchen on the other, with the pool/ping-pong table beside them. Out back, a screened porch looks over a heated pool in a fully fenced yard, so adults can talk while the kids swim.
BEDROOMS & BATHS (5 BR / 2 BA)
★ Bedroom 1: king bed, ceiling fan and mirrored closet
★ Bedroom 2: king bed plus a twin-over-full bunk bed, mounted TV
★ Bedroom 3: queen bed plus two twin-over-full bunk beds
★ Bedroom 4: queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk bed
★ Bedroom 5: twin-over-full bunk bed, mounted TV
Sleeping math: 2 kings, 2 queens and 5 twin-over-full bunks, with the home capped at 14 guests.
2 full baths for up to 14 guests: one has double sinks and a tub-and-shower combo, the other a walk-in shower. Bigger groups should plan showers in shifts.
Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

★ Setting: a quiet residential street in North Tampa. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.
★ Pool heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, so a 50°F morning means a 65–70°F pool. Heat cannot be switched on or off mid-stay.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 14 guests; 2 king rooms, 2 queen rooms and 5 twin-over-full bunks across 5 bedrooms.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may carry an extra fee.
★ Parking & cameras: maximum 4 vehicles in the driveway. Exterior security cameras are active.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25 or older. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

We travel often and have rented many houses. This one was exceptionally clean and comfortable. we loved having the toiletries available and the very generous coffee bar to meet everybody’s caffeine needs.
Beds and pillows and linens and kitchen appliances and gadgets were all in excellent condition and quality.
Our favorite thing was the huge lounge couch in the living room. A fun place for all of us to hang out.
Communication was my only frustration. Almost all of the communications were very wordy and should have been simplified to get right to the point of our concerns. We had a new credit card issued from the time we booked the house until we showed up. Trying to finalize the paperwork and deal with wordy Emails was a bit confusing and exhausting.
However, their communication was quick and attentive, and it all worked out in the end.

What an amazing place to stay we picked this house because it is 16 mins from the ice rink my sons team had a tournament at the host was amazing and easy to communicate with would recommend and stay again if we have any other tournaments again
