Breakfast buffet was good. Staff is courteous and helpful with getting an ironing board etc. room is spacious.
At times there was a sewage smell from the bathroom. Communication was a bit difficult. The laundry service was on time, although several clothes had pen marks on them after cleaning. One shirt in particular we asked them to remove the stain on, which they subsequently lost and only returned right before we had to depart.

Very nice and clean property with good access to city and Airport Area .
Rooms could have been little bigger. Also ventilation is a problem as the window is closed .

Location is very convenient
Hotel charged me Rs 1000 for two towels as the two towel was dirty due to kumkum and little turmeric on. The towel was so old and not even Rs. 50 each. Food is very costly in spicy garden .
