Beautiful,mostly clean, modern, comfortable, has everything you might need, plenty of parking plus EV charging, little play area outside and BBQ/picnic area, loved the boot/bike wash areas, smooth check in/check out, great location to explore the Peak District
Only thing was the linen and towels could probably do with a proper professional clean as there was a lingering smell. If we were staying longer, we'd ask to change.

Great location, plenty of facilities for our second stay
Not that it can be helped but the road outside is noisy round the clock, didn’t notice it in the winter months. Made worse by the extreme heat and having to have all the windows open.
