The view and the large window. This expanse of glass is only on the ground floor. Apt 4 is not on the side of the car park so less foot fall walking past to the other apartments.
I loved the apartment nothing to dislike.

Immaculate, clean, nothing was dated. Extremely dog friendly; everything was intuitive and made sense. Great touches such as a place to wash mucky pups!
Well stocked kitchen; really nice bathroom and spacious bedroom.
The apartment wasn’t ’small’ as some reviews had mentioned.
The location is really central for lots of walking.
Parking bays weren’t demarcated- simple parking bays would help.
Bed was a bit firm/uncomfy but this could just be me!
There was some road noise. We saw this on other reviews so felt prepared… but wouldn’t have enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. The location was excellent for exploring Peak District.
The front doors to the apartments are very loud when shutting and the apartments are all white close together so it can be quite noisy.

It’s was modern the bathroom was very smart
I walked through the door and was disappointed how small the living room was to how it looked on the picture online. The sofa was Awfull not comfy at all the middle has caved in and I don’t no why there’s 2 huge arm chairs in there the rooms 2 small for that . Allso the rug is filthy needs cleaning or replacing , the mattress in the bedroom is solid has no give at all very uncomfortable has a bump ridge running through the middle Allso the property is next to main road the windows are very good so coudnt here much but in summer with patio doors open would be a problem
