It was straight forward and there was a lovely lady on reception. The cleaners were really helpful and nice.
The bed lovely big bed but the only downside to my stay the bed was really uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a hard board. Didn't sleep well the first night. Second night used the quilt as a mattress topper lots better. Such a shame.

I wasn’t aware how busy the road directly in front of the apartment would be , even with windows closed . As it’s a 1st floor apartment it is closer to the road and faces the entry to apartments where cars come in and go
So first night sleep was a little poor. I bought so ear plugs the next day and it was slightly better

I loved the attention to detail with everything in the apartment, right down to having a coffee maker with pods and an abundance of crockery, glasses, and cutlery. The TV was a plus with Smart TV and WiFi included. The beds were massive but so comfortable. I loved the shower, being a double plenty of room, right to the tray on the wall for shampoo and shower gel. I think I counted 8 plug sockets in the bedroom and 2 in the kitchen with USB charging points. Overall, it gets 100% for my recommendation to friends and family.
The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly, as was the area. Beautiful chairs to relax with a fire effect on the wall and TV. Even a coffee machine to help yourself while relaxing there.
Love the boot wash, dog wash area. Very well thought out a most enjoyable stay . I will return ☆☆☆☆☆
The traffic was quite noisy being on the front, but I soon got used to it.
I wish there was a small dog field for exercising away from the busy road. I know there was a walk over the road but I mean a small grass area.
