Lokasi Motel ini berdekatan dengan lokasi beberapa kedai makan yang awesome. Juga berdekatan dengan stesen bas ekspres Jitra. Lokasi ini amat sesuai untuk persinggahan bagi urusan berkaitan institusi iaitu IPG Darulaman dan Politeknik POLIMAS.
