We loved our stay at the cottage. It was perfect for our family. It was a busy area for traffic but the property still offers a lot of privacy with the backyard, trees, and bushes. The kids loved playing in the fenced backyard. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive to any questions that I had. We were very happy with our stay!

This house was exactly as advertised. Very charming colonial home. It was just the right size for my sister and me (bathroom and kitchen are a bit narrow). There was ample parking and the location was convenient to grocery stores, the bay beach, and more. Definitely pack any cooking supplies you may need. There were a nice selection of pots and pans, but definitely bring any oils, spices, knives, etc. While the house is located on a somewhat busy road, we had no problem sleeping at night and the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. We use the charcoal grill twice to great success. And enjoyed eating on the back deck. The lock on the front door is a bit insecure, but otherwise the house was great. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Our stay in Cape May was pretty good. Like any other place there are positives and negatives. Seth is great with communication. He responded very timely and was always pleasant and helpful. His place was clean and a short drive to the beach. I loved the offstreet parking because the house sits along busy roads. It is an old house, and this is where the negatives arise. The main bathroom is tiny and narrow. It was hard to do anything without bumping in to something or getting water everywhere. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling very well, so we had to keep moving things back and forth between the fridge and the freezer. The beds probably could be replaced tooas they weren’t that comfortable. I recommend this for shorter stays of about 2 nights at most.
