Clean and specious room, very modern decor and building, helpful staff,
-ve side — not easy to find, food portion is quite small compare to what you pay, delay in getting rooms ready

My experience at this hotel was average. On the plus side , hotel was clean and well maintained and it is conveniently located near the airport. Some of the staff members were friendly and helpful. However there are several drawbacks. They don’t provide microwave service in their rooms and there is not any study room or desk as advertised.The breakfast options are limited to a repetitive menu, mostly South Indian food. They also don’t provide shuttle service as mentioned The strong scent in the reception area was also overwhelming.
