Our stay was truly one of the most incredible travel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed
The hospitality was unmatched, and every staff member was exceptional. General Manager Emmanuel was especially kind, patient, and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The attention to detail was unlike anything we have experienced before.
From the daily laundry service and complimentary snacks to the evening turndown service, complete with a heating pad and fluffy blanket to keep us warm at night. The chef also personally tailored each meal to our preferences, making every dining experience feel special and memorable.
Our room cleaner was wonderful, and the entire team made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay, it really felt like home - it made our first safari experience truly memorable.
We’ve stayed at five-star hotels before, but I’ve NEVER received this level of care before.
We came to the Masai Mara because it had long been a dream destination, and the experience exceeded everything we imagined.
I loved absolutely everything about this property
