Very clean and modern, noce terrace with beautiful view of the area
Not super happy of the 3rd floor, but I new about it and definitely it's a good thing to feel safe at night.

Impecable; las instalaciones nuevas y super limpio. Espacioso y cómodo. El personal nos recibió muy bien y tuvimos comunicación 24/7.
Nos hubiera gustado un shampoo y jabón pequeños por el precio que pagamos. Todo lo demás excelente.

Appartamento ristrutturato da poco e con tutto nuovo, cucina, bagno, camera da letto, ecc. con qualità, semplicità e buon gusto. La zona molto tranquilla e ben servita, fuori dalla bolgia turistica del centro.
Nella scheda di presentazione di Booking era scritto che vi si accedeva tramite scale, ma non quante. Ebbene sono tre piani senza ascensore. Per cui non è per tutti, bisogna avere buone gambe e bagaglio leggero, fortunatamente noi eravamo in queste condizioni e l'abbiamo superata agevolmente.
La seconda cosa che non ho apprezzato molto è l'estremo uso della internet-tecnologia. Cioè bisogna avere uno smartphone efficiente e saperlo usare bene. Infatti il titolare non si incontra, al massimo lo si sente per telefono e quindi check in all'orario previsto, non un secondo prima, e apertura portone e porta tramite app. (che in verità funziona molto bene). Ma quello che mi ha colpito è che anche il sistema di aria condizionata è gestito da remoto. Non ho avuto la necessità di approfondire come funziona la cosa, cioè se sia un algoritmo (caso mai la famigerata intelligenza artificiale) o bisogna chiamare ogni volta il proprietario per avere caldo o freddo, ma è certo che l'utilizzatore non può decidere in autonomia.
