L’appartamento è pulito e spazioso, con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo ed una posizione strategica per i mezzi di trasporto. Lo staff è molto gentile. È dotato di una doccia molto confortevole ed i materassi sono comodi.
Il primo impatto è un vero e proprio shock!
Il quartiere in cui è ubicato l’appartamento (ristrutturato) non è dei migliori in quanto ad igiene ed il palazzo che lo ospita (stile case popolari) è decisamente fatiscente (per fortuna Budapest è una città sicura).
Abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre accesi i ventilatori (non c’era l’aria condizionata), poiché non era consigliabile aprire le finestre: da fuori arrivava sempre cattivo odore ed essendo una casa di ringhiera il passaggio di gente era continuo.
Qualche piccolo problema con il check-in (da fare on-line) legato al fatto che Booking bloccava i link esterni forniti dalla struttura.
È consigliabile portarsi degli asciugamani, posto che per un soggiorno di 9 giorni (2 ospiti) ne sono stati forniti solo 2 di medie dimensioni.

A localização é muito boa. O apartamento fico próximo a uma estação de metro. Fácil de se locomover. O apartamento tem cozinha bem equipada, que fica junto à sala de jantar e sala de estar. Espaço amplo.

Fabulous apartment. Extremely clean and furnished with everything you may need. Very spacious and comfortable. Beds comfortable and a complimentary bottle of wine and milk in the fridge was a really lovely touch. Close to all the transport you may need and within walking distance of the city centre. Many restaurants and shops nearby.
The entrance to the building was not very appealing. And the stairs and hallways to the apartment could be better. Instructions for self entry were not correct. Getting in the front door was easy but there was nothing in the entry key box to open the interior gate. Another resident let us through and we found the key fob for the gate in the lock box with the apartment keys.

The Apartment itself was ok but the surrounding lobby , stairwells, landings and entrance was disgraceful with broken floor tiles , trip hazards, metal trims blocking staircases and overflowing refuge bins blocking means of escape and a notable fire hazard.
The Main lobby entrance door had a broken glass panel and encased in scaffolding , builders materials and graffiti.
Outside the Apartment represented a shithole.
