Very clean, great central location, comfortable bed and good force in the shower.
Very easy to check in and we were given a warm welcome by Marc’s son.
Shower tray overflowed so the drain could probably do with a clean.
The shower door didn’t close properly.

The property & room was stunning, clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The owners have really put a lot of thought into the decor and making it feel homely.
While I loved my stay, a few little tweaks would make it absolutely perfect! After a long day of moving luggage for my daughter’s university start, I was really looking forward to a soak in a bath. While the shower was great, a bathtub would better utilise that large space, and adding some door hooks would stop the door from slamming shut. Clearer signs for the rear parking would also save guests some guesswork, and double glazing would easily block out the street noise. Lastly, it would be great to have water in the room, but thank you for providing the spares in the foyer—that was such a thoughtful touch! 😊

Everything was really good. I didn't meet any staff. It was spotless and very comfortable.
However, it was so difficult to locate from the front of the building as it wasn't signed posted. I ended up dragging my case through a building site next door as the front of the building looked like a private residence. This was my only niggle.

The room generally is very descent and located in a nice building, if it was only the room and not the bathroom I would give it a 9.
Our room had the strangest bathroom I have seen in my life! Not convenient at all having separately the sink, the toilet and the shower(actually two showers 😵💫), i thought I was in a restaurant somehow, not in a hospitable room. Another disadvantage is the luck of a fridge, at least a small one would be an asset for the room. Furthermore, we couldn’t lock the door, so we felt a bit unsafe despite the fact that the owner/manager confirmed us that the door cannot open from outside and he was right about that, but for sure you should be able to lock the room in order to feel safe and relaxed.
