The location was amazing the property was cute and cozy
There were a few housekeeping issues, small things that we alerted the owner to and they were right on it and receptive to taking care of immediately

The location was fantastic. Very convenient to see all the Philadelphia historic sites and Penns Landing. The 3 br and 2 bathrooms were great for 3 adult men in town for the MLB All Star game. The apartment is spacious. The host was very responsive and even gave us early check in.
The space and location are great but there is some deferred maintenance that needs attention. The apartment needs a fresh coat of paint and a couple of the mini blinds are missing slats. The shower curtain on the upper floor needs a new shower curtain. There is not a master bathroom/bathroom since the bathroom on the main level is on the other side of the kitchen and living room.

It was a nice location and close to a lot of restaurants. The communication was fast and detailed.
There was missing dry wall in places, and was smaller than the pictures made it seem. There was only a few plates and silverware. Plenty of cups and bowls.

Everything was as expected, the location was good and the rooms were very spacious. The kids also loved the space. The host had very good communication and was always there when needed. I would definitely book again.
Finding parking was a bit challenging. Other than that, I have no complaints.
