Great location, fairly quiet at night, very responsive, friendly host. Clean unit with newer appliances and updated washrooms. The beds were very comfortable and there is a new couch (different from listing) that is very nice to relax on at the end of a busy day.

Parking spot could use a tree trim as branches hang down and drop leaves/small branches onto vehicle. Back entry is a steep set of stairs for unloading from the car. Not a complaint, just for consideration if packing a lot of heavy luggage.

The apartment was quiet, comfortable, fully equipped and spotless and the location is wonderful in the heart of the Plateau. And free parking in the laneway directly behind the apartment is a very handy bonus. Plus commination with the host is prompt and friendly.

The size and location of the property were ideal. The apartment was very clean and imaginatively decorated. Facilities were first class and we really felt like part of the community

L’emplacement sur le plateau

Le manque de propreté. L’appartement sentait le renfermé la poussière et la cigarette froide. La cafetière et la tv dans la chambre qui ne fonctionnent pas Le lit dans la chambre 2 qui est trop petit pour deux personnes. Des poubelles et carton sur la terrasse. Le bbq très très sale. C’est vraiment dommage d’avoir un appartement aussi bien placé et de ne pas l’entretenir.
