Cute self contained with a little kitchen and a fireplace. The owners are really helpful and provided wood for the fire on request, as well as an extra blanket and a towel. It’s good value for money as it’s self-contained with a fireplace. It’s also very close to a grocery shop and two cafés - one of which is the wonderful Casa de Abuela (highly recommended). The river walk to San Jose is great but long! Collective taxis are an easy option. Make sure to get Taxi numbers from the owners to avoid being overcharged
Some hooks to hang clothes would be great. Also a chopping board or somewhere to cut bread, vegetables etc. The steps are a bit dodgy, but I think they were in the process of fixing that.

Hermosas vistas y caminatas por el bosque. Rogelio y Marina nos recomendaron visitar la bella cascada local, de lo contrario no sabríamos sobre su existencia. También tuvieron la amabilidad de brindarnos leña para la chimenea, en general una estancia muy acogedora y con excelente vista en la cabaña.
