Could have been better.

Everything was clean.

Bathroom shower did not drain properly, had to stand in a puddle of dirty water while taking a shower. Customer service was terrible - they did not send us any messages regarding an extended check out and kept assuring they did but there was no proof of that. They hung up on us multiple times as well.

Everything was clean.

Bathroom shower did not drain properly, had to stand in a puddle of dirty water while taking a shower. Customer service was terrible - they did not send us any messages regarding an extended check out and kept assuring they did but there was no proof of that. They hung up on us multiple times as well.
