I was able to check in 2 hours early, which I thought was fantastic. Communicating with the owner was very easy, very responsive. The place is well equipped and well furnished. And in case needed there is a 7/11 across the road. Location is quite close to the night market (5-10 mins walk).
The internet dropped out during the stay, which causes some mayhem with the door lock, but luckily there was a backup plan in place, and after a quick message via the app, the door was opened. But that's not something anyone could have prevented.

Location, kitchen facilities, electric password key, good internet for working
Shower head is broken. Only 2 shampoo provided for 6 days for 2 adults
Long waiting elevator around 10-15 minutes. Too crowdly
