Everything was clean and neat. Just as expected. What a nice little house in a quiet rural area. Seems like very close access to the Katy trail. We had three kids and five adults but with all the beds, basement space and foldout couches, it could have easily slept 13. More if you bring an air mattress. This was perfect for our overnight stay for a family wedding. The host was very responsive to all my pestering messages.

No wi-fi. Mediocre property undergoing some renovations. Way over-priced for a 2 bedroom. (The 3rd bedroom had a bunk bed with 2 top bunks). The living room couches were very hard and uncomfortable. The patio area was broken up and weedy. The Owners would benefit from adding a pool table in the basement, a patio area with a gas grill, patio furniture, hot tub &/or pool. The deck was nice but it wasn’t on the sunny side of the house.
