Unwelcoming host, inconvenient check in and check out, stinky sewage smells, unusable space

Nothing.

Host is unpleasant and unprofessional. To check in on time at 4 pm she asks for $50! Then she doesn't send the entry code on time and claims a contract she never sent has to be signed. Then she tells us keys have to be collected at an obscure location laundry Dropbox 5 miles away. Then those keys don't work. Then when you text her she doesn't respond and you call and she doesn't pick up. You call the vacation company number and have to wait 15 minutes to talk to anyone. Then you walk 1 and a half hours after check in because of hostile host into the apartment and it's like a sauna with AC set at 80 degrees in the summer heat. And to check out you have to go all the way back to the laundry Dropbox to drop the key. Nothing about this ordeal is mentioned on the booking page. Worst experience ever. And to top it off, downstairs the place stinks of sewage, most of the view is not water but estuary, and the veranda is unusable because of the heat. Really?? This listing should be only on bookings less reputable competitor sites that rhymes with unfairFee&Fee, just so unprofessional. Please have stricter standards for (un) professional hosts who fail to disclose contract requirements or key pick up hasstles in advance on the booking website. Not to mention the deluge of emails they sent after insisting I provide my personal details in the so called contract. No thank you, stick to communication through the booking app alone.

Great communication, location and everything exactly as shown online.

Everything was great with our stay. The communication leading up to our stay, during our stay and departure was excellent. The pictures of the condo was exactly as shown online. The location was easy to get to everywhere on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach and downtown Bradenton. The condo had everything just like at home. All you need to bring is your clothes. We used the bikes, beach chairs and pool. I would definitely recommend this place to stay and will definitely plan to come back.

Everything was great with our stay. The communication leading up to our stay, during our stay and departure was excellent. The pictures of the condo was exactly as shown online.
