Beds are comfortable
Good breakfast with various dishes everyday.
Not stable wifi
Firstly I was sent to a room with a broken down kettle , no plug for lighting , AC was bad
I was transferred to another better room , only with broken wardrobe door ... But it wasn't a problem for me .
It was told that there is Netflix service , but it didn't work .
There were no much electricity plugs in the room or USB chargers .

The hotel’s housekeeping is excellent; the room is always spotless whenever I return from going out. The breakfast is delicious—I really enjoyed it. The location is right next to Taksim Square, just a 3-minute walk to the metro and about 5 minutes to the bus stop; the T1 tram is roughly a 17-minute walk away. Plus, İstiklal Avenue is just across Taksim Square—it’s a fantastic place to explore!
It was a bit of a shame that there was only one elevator, and the room was on the small side—I feel it’s best suited for a single occupant—but the friendly staff and excellent location make me want to book here again!

The location close to Havaist bus stop to both airports - that was the main reason of booking this hotel. Breakfast is good, not amazing, but you can find some options. In general the room was clean.
I booked a room with big bed, I got a room with 2 separate beds :( The shower hose was leaking and spraying the water all around, was not in a good state. The door of the shower was not closing. Also, the water was not going down to drain, probably it wad clogged. Same case for the sink… Air conditioner was not functioning and looks like it is really old. It was not possible to keep the window open at night, because the street is too noisy, so I had to sleep with no fresh air in the room. Remote control for TV was also not working properly… Also, the staff didn’t even help to bring the luggage to the room (in other hotels I usually had this help), they didn’t even ask if I need any help..
