The fact that it is conveniently located, pretty close to the Tiburtina Fs train station and the Tiburtina metro station. There also several cafés and restaurants nearby. The rooms are cleaned every day and the bathroom is excellent. I also have to thank Francesca for being so kind and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you so much!
I absolutely loved everything about the property. The only thing I would point out is the noise coming from what I believe is a refrigerator unit in the kitchen/common area, which can easily be heard inside the room. You’ll be fine if you wear ear plugs, though, so it’s not a big problem.

Comfortable and quiet. 10 mins from Tiburtina train and metro station. Some nice restaurants and bars nearby.
Small kitchenette and kettle in room. Air conditioning was a blessing in August.
