Location, pretty central to everything. And good space. Street parking right outside door, if you are out all day a great alternative as it is only 2 hours mon to Friday business hours. Well lit up as well.
The gate was broken for carpark which is right outside main bedroom. So when someone tried to open it would just clank. Carpatk is tiny. We had a Corolla which would have fit but the cars either side were on the lines so impossible to get out.

The mattresses on both beds are very soft and not good if you have back issues

My mother was critically ill in calvery hospital and this property was perfectly situated across from the hospital
The ability to walk to the hospital at any time when I was called was just amazing
It enabled my family and I to use the property as a base during mums surgery
Road work and construction noise at times
