La ubicación y atención por parte del responsable

En general bien

Loved staying here. Great location next to the Vatican. Serena was a pleasure to deal with. Great cafés and restaurants in the locality. The apartment is furnished with everything you need. The bed is very comfy and wifi is good. Nice welcoming gift left by the hosts which was really appreciated. I highly recommend and I will to friends and family. Thanks for everything!

Incredible location, close to the metro with sites easy to access. Hosts were helpful with advice navigating the city. Complimentary meal in their cafe below the apartment.

Given the highly rated reviews we were feeling positive but we were very disappointed with several things. We booked it for the self catering element, the fridge was completely full with a mini bar, I would have rather of had the space to buy food etc. Bedding was cheap and not comfortable. The kettle was full of limescale. The shower seal wasn’t secure and would spray out of the bottom of the shower. We experienced loud drilling early in the morning on the Saturday and Monday, aware this is not the hosts fault but advanced notice if they were aware of this would of been appreciated, we had to buy ear plugs. No bin liners on arrival (this were provided on our request), dirty used sponge (no clean ones), no hand soap, not enough toilet roll for our stay (requested more, told they could not leave this outside the door, advised we could collect from the restaurant and they were closed by 10.20pm when we arrived, host advised they were open until 10.30). We had an issue with the bathroom lights flashing, which my partner ended up fixing so we informed the host we didn’t need anyone out. The next day at 7pm they arrived at the property bashing the door. I advised I was in a towel and we no longer needed it fixing. They demanded they entered the property to fix it. It was embarrassing. I appreciate the host was trying to fix the issue and did apologise, but not respecting our privacy or giving us any notice or suggesting they came back another time was not helpful. I had to stand there in my towel whilst they replaced the bulb. We had really high hopes given all the other comments and communication with the host ahead of the stay, but it was really disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
