Very convenient location for exploring holt without needing to drive. Has everything you need for a short stay with tea and coffee and a little fridge. Great water pressure in the shower.

It felt a bit overlooked in someone’s back garden and the parking was a little walk away (we were aware of this)

The proximity to the town was great, very modern free parking, everything you need inside, even had outdoor seating!

It was quite hot to sleep, perhaps make sure velux windows are open more, we were worried about the rain! We didn’t have hot water straight away but the owner came straight away and it was all fixed, lovely shower!
