Clean and tidyness , big kitchen with all facilities ,play area for kids, close to beach approx 10 min drive,
Property's one side Neighbour was noisy and played loud music but only experienced one night out of 3 nights stay
So it is not a big issue.

The property is clean and well maintained. The communication with the property manager was easy as he was very responsive . The location is very convenient and close to many beaches and convenience store. The amenities were great. There is a huge backyard, a hot tub and barbi which made the stay very enjoyable .

Modern design & lighting, spacious, close to Hyams Beach.
1. AC not working on a 40C+ weekend. We had to drive an hour to find alternative accommodation, with zero compensation from Dru. Instead she attempted to gaslight us about the condition of the AC - after much discussion a portable AC was organised.
2. Neighbours are a nightmare: block is overpopulated with people suffering from apparent mental health and substance abuse issues. Lots of loud music, screaming & shouting throughout the night. My children were too scared to sleep. Ambulance had to attend at midnight, followed by police at 3am.
