Great location, nice street. Close proximity to Sainsburys and restaurants in Portswood Rd. The flat has a good layout and potential. Bedding was nice and clean.

Rooms foe improvement- Propertys driveway is not looked after, has rubbish, rubble and tall weeds. Entrance stairwell smells mouldy, needs ventilation. Bathroom has some black mould in shower, needs deeper clean. Kitchen needs a tea towel, we had to use bath towels for everything and we had just 1 for each person. There was 1 breakfast bowl only. Shower water was lukewarm the last day despite boiler being on for more than an hour. Windows need maintenance. No wardrobes
