Nice location in the heart of the city centre, near to shops, points of interest and Southampton Central train station.
Needs to be cleaned Iโm afraid, I understand this is student accommodation. Bathroom and kitchen areas needed attention especially.

The location was great.
The facilities were good, despite booking for two adults the room only had one of everything ๐๐ผ
The bed was comfy and there was plenty of room for a blow up mattress on the floor.
Kettle, toaster, oven, fridge and microwave all great ๐๐ผ
Plenty of sockets
Loading bay outside and overnight parking across the road was good, 8pm-8am
Gym was good
The lack of kitchen utensils
Water pressure wasn't great of the ninth floor
Desk chair had holes in the seat, not comfortable to sit on
I wouldn't want to be a student living in such a high rise place, it was good for a few nights, but I couldn't do more than that
